Join Komal as she teaches us to make quick, delicious and nutritious savoury Indian dishes with home made chutney.
We will discuss the benefits of fermentation and how these relate to digestive disorders, autoimmune disorders, skin problems etc. Medicinal use of spices included too. These recipes are perfect for lunch/dinner or snack food that teenagers can make themselves.
