Come and learn how to make traditional Indian Dhal and Rice  - a  delicious, easy, and economical gluten-free meal.

Tutor: Komal Patel.

You’ll learn the way Komal’s mother taught her and some medicinal uses of spices too.

All welcome to stay afterwards and enjoy your delicious dhal complemented by Papadum and yoghurt together.

A kit of everything you need will also be available for you to recreate this dish at home.
