About the Nutrition workshop:

Each taste has a gesture. This may surprise you, but you will find that looking at the gesture of different tastes teaches us a lot about how and what to cook for ourselves and others. Many people today have problems with food and do not enjoy eating. This highlights the importance for children to eat well, to enjoy their food and look forward to their meals. It gives them a sense of security and is an important foundation for life. This workshop is intended to give you some inspiration for cooking those delicious, inspired meals for the family day-in, day-out, over years, without getting tired and losing the interest in cooking. Bring your questions and concerns. Your personal taste and needs will be our first consideration. You may also have questions regarding all the different approaches to nutrition and cooking today. We will be looking at some helpful basic guidelines out of anthroposophy for cooking simple, nutritious meals with healthy ingredients, especially the seven grains, herbs and vegetables. Bring your favourite herb, if you like, and a recipe that goes with it. Let's share our cooking experiences and prepare a special meal together.
